The Award winning GreenXchange Project is a two sided-approach recycling project that benefits low-income earners as well as incorporating the ‘Go Green’ theme. The objective of this project is to educate the low-income earners on entrepreneurship opportunities through effective waste management.
Since 2011, SCOT have successfully organized EIGHT Green Xchange events covering over fifteen different villages across Kampong Ayer; collected more than thirty-eight (38) tonnes of recyclable materials from the villagers.
In November 2016, SCOT GreenXchange has been awarded “Outstanding Project for Youth Association” by His Majesty the Sultan of Brunei at the 11th National Youth Day.
