19 Scot’s committee went to Kuching, Sarawak for International Youth Cultural Conference. According to Yayasan Perpaduan Sarawak, the
Objectives of the Conference are
- To provide a platform for youth to share their thoughts and feelings on culture and the issue of unity and harmony among people of diverse cultural backgrounds;
- To enhance greater understanding and acceptance among the youth on unity across cultural diversity;
- To identify the role of youth in sustaining cultural unity and harmony in a borderless world; and
- To expose the Sarawak youth to their peers’ culture related programmes and activities regionally and globally.

The international conference was from 28-30 November 2012 & about 100 international youths of 18-25 years of age were involved in this event. The youths got the chance to experienced on culture through music, dance, song and daily life’s practices.
